What is RFitness Outdoors?

RFitness Outdoors offers inclusive and energising outdoor fitness classes designed to help you feel strong, confident, and connected to nature. Our sessions are fun, functional, and suitable for all levels.

Who Can Join Our Classes?

Everyone is welcome! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, body types, and backgrounds. Whether you’re new to exercise or a seasoned athlete, you’ll find a supportive, no-judgement space here.

Where Are Classes Held?

Classes are held in Ross-on-Wye.  Currently using the Wilton Road Car Park, and also looking at other locations.

What Should I Bring To Class?

Most importantly yourself and a readiness to have some fun.  Being outdoors we run in all weather so important that you dress for the weather.  Make sure to bring a water bottle, I do bring water if needed.

Do I Need To Be Fit Before I Start?

Not at all! That’s what I’m here for. You’ll be supported to work at your own pace with progressions and modifications offered for every exercise.

How Do I Book A Class?

Booking is easy—just head to our home page, click the link and choose your class.

What If The Weather Is Bad?

We’re outdoor warriors, so classes go ahead in most conditions! Just dress appropriately. In severe weather (e.g. storms or ice), we may cancel or reschedule. You’ll be contacted directly if this happens.

What’s Your Cancellation Policy?

Ideally if you can give 2hrs notice.

How Do I Pay For Classes?

Each class is just £5, payable on the day when you attend. You can pay by cash. No upfront commitment, just show up and move!

Can I Just Show Up Without A Booking?

It’s best to book in so I can plan the session properly and make sure there’s space for everyone. Each class is limited to 12 people, and I’d hate for you to turn up and find it’s full! Booking also helps me tailor the workout to who’s coming—so everyone gets the best experience.
